Coastal Resort Operations Manager Opportunity
This role presents a chance to expand your career in hospitality management by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beachside resort, including food outlets, accommodation, and function centres.
The primary goal is to:
* Manage food outlets, accommodation, and function centres efficiently
* Foster excellent customer satisfaction and take responsibility for business performance and profitability
* Work hands-on across all segments of the business
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as either an Executive Assistant Manager or a General Manager in a hotel environment
* Prior experience working in pub, restaurant, function, conference, and accommodation settings across various front-of-house and back-of-house functions (desirable)
* An entrepreneurial mindset and be prepared to work in a hands-on capacity
* A strong leadership style that fosters a positive and productive work culture
* A demonstrated track record of increasing business performance and achieving financial targets
