What you'll do
* Analyse and resolve high volumes of NDIS and other funding claim issues, ensuring accurate and compliant outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve funding queries
* Prepare reconciliations of claiming transactions and customer data to support error resolution
* Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them to the National Manager – Client Funding
What you'll bring
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret funding data to solve moderately complex problems
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance and documentation
* Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Carelink, Lumary) and Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical funding concepts to diverse audiences
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and foster positive working relationships
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (guide provided)
Bonus points for
* Experience in disability and/or aged care services
* Demonstrated knowledge of disability or aged care funding administration
