Key Responsibilities:
* Providing outstanding customer service at the Trade Counter and via phone/email
* Responding to product, pricing, order, and account inquiries from customers
* Preparing accurate quotes based on customer needs and requirements
* Efficiently processing sales orders through various channels, including email purchase orders, counter transactions, and phone communication
* Collaborating closely with operations, purchasing, and accounts teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Managing returns, backorders, and stock requests in a timely and organized manner

* Experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
