Ensure compliance with HACCP and operational safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of food production safety and hygiene.

Develop and nurture your team, fostering culinary skills and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Design innovative menus and meal plans that cater to diverse dietary and cultural requirements, while optimizing stock utilization.

Excel under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering outstanding results even in challenging situations.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who meets the following criteria:

Full work rights in Australia.

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a commercial kitchen.

Proficient computer skills.
-
Function and menu development skills.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.

Flexibility to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
