Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide day-to-day reception tasks, accurate data entry, billing, and general office duties to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

About the Role

* Demonstrate experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
* Develop and maintain effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders.
* Utilize strong communication skills while working autonomously and within a team environment, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
* Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Experience with Medicare and finance billing is highly desirable.
