Senior Financial Accountant Job Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality general accounting services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with group policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform financial accounting services including journal preparation, month end GL close, balance sheet reconciliations, basic management reporting and tax support.
* Deliver monthly reporting to business partners including Balance Sheets, reconciliation summaries and P&L analysis.
* Prepare reporting packs for business units where required.
* Investigate and resolve transactional issues such as misallocations, late adjustments and inter-company mismatches.
* Perform analysis of P&L to assist with month end processing.
* Investigate and resolve internal accounting process or control issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to independently problem solve.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting and CA/CPA qualified.
* Demonstrated experience in financial accounting role for 5 years or more.
