About the Role

In this Senior Physiotherapist position, you'll take over an existing, well-established caseload directly from the Director, with a shadowing period to ensure a smooth, supportive transition.

Your day-to-day may include:

* Providing services in‐clinic and in the community (home, school, workplaces, gyms, local parks and lifestyle villages) to ensure therapy is meaningful and functional
* Leading by example in best‐practice, evidence‐based NDIS documentation, reports and functional capacity input
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, EP, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Counselling, Dietetics and more) on shared goals for participants
* Playing a key role in service development and quality improvement as the Director steps back from a direct caseload

Support Available

* Structured shadowing period with the Director while you gradually assume responsibility for her clinic caseload
* Access to regular supervision, mentoring and CPD, tailored to your interests and career stage
* Administrative and systems support so you can focus on what you do best – delivering high‐quality therapy
* Support to refine your caseload mix
* NDIS‐registered and Aged Care provider infrastructure already in place – processes, templates and systems ready to go

Team Culture

* Therapists are encouraged to "work for themselves" within a supportive structure – you're trusted as the clinical expert
* Warm, down‐to‐earth leadership, including a Director with over 25 years' hospitality experience, ensuring the workplace culture is professional, fun and genuinely people‐focused
* A team of like‐minded, client‐focused allied health professionals who value collaboration, humour and long‐term relationships with clients and their families
