**The opportunity**:
Assist the Retail Purchasing Co-Ordinator with managing the re-buying portfolio to achieve financial outcomes and key accountabilities.
**Your day to day**:
- Assist in the re-buying portfolio to achieve the desired financial KPIs including sell through and stock holdings.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Coordinator and Commercial Analyst to review the stock turns across all product groups to achieve desired results.
- Manage outstanding orders and incomplete deliveries ensuring delivery dates are updated.
- Communicate to the Purchasing Coordinator and Retail Merchandise Team any stock replenishment issues such as late delivery, out of stocks and end of line.
- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent service and to promote a positive working environment.
- Liaise with VRL Shared Services Accounts Payable team regarding invoice discrepancies.
- Update supplier quotes and product information into SAP.
- Communicate with Retail Warehouse to investigate and resolve any supply queries or quantity discrepancies.
- Formulate and issue reports to the business to improve the Procure2Pay process.
- Communicate with Shipping officer regarding orders, deliveries and ensure carton markings are approved in a timely matter.
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience in supply chain / stock replenishment
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word (SAP desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
- Well organised with a strong attention to detail
