Sales Lead - Kitting
Location: Guildford PDC, WA, AU
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Lead to join our dynamic Component Exchange Team on a full-time basis at our Guildford Branch.
This newly created role is your opportunity to make a real impact and be at the forefront of identifying market opportunities, shaping new kitting solutions, collaborating with customers, forecasting and capacity planning, and developing long-term supply strategies that drive efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary contact for achieving kitting revenue targets, driving the sales team focus, and resolving customer issues.
Collaborate across multiple teams to determine new product offerings, demand, and capacity.
Monitor kitting operations metrics to ensure efficient delivery and cost recovery.
Recommend and lead cross-department continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain customer-focused documentation for high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
Required
Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills.
Ability to use Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills, including proven presentation, written and verbal communication.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Desirable
Fleet & Component Asset management experience.
Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
Experience with process improvement and change management.
Trade Certificate or other tertiary qualifications.
