The Role
This is a hands‑on chef role where you'll be preparing and serving meals for teams working in remote sites across Western Australia. You'll be part of a professional kitchen crew, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service in unique environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and produce high-quality dishes across all sections, meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
* Collaborate with fellow chefs and catering staff to deliver smooth service during peak hours
* Adapt to different kitchens and environments while consistently delivering excellent dining experiences
About You
* Full working rights in Australia
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
* Effective communicator and team player
* Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
* Flexible and resilient to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster
