**What you'll be doing**:
Responsible for maintaining operational stability, availability and performance of Store Systems across Coles Supermarkets and Coles Express stores nation-wide.
As the Delivery Manager - Projects you will be accountable for the planning, coordination and delivery of the portfolio of technology change required to support the Coles Online business strategy.
Experience in the delivery of large programs of work and management of retail and technology solutions is highly regarded. You will have previous experience working with large complex systems, projects and cross functional teams and technologies.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Lead a team of people leaders to foster a high-performance culture
- Build and motivate a broad diverse team consisting of internal team members (direct and in-direct) and external partners
- Accountable for effective business engagement and initiative delivery for Systems
- Accountable for stable and effective operations of existing and new systems to support continued operation of systems
- Planning of overall transformation program activities and aligning with business and IT strategies and constraints
- Oversee and coordinate multiple large integration projects concurrently
- Ensure the smooth delivery of projects to BAU IT teams
- Working collaboratively with the Business Stakeholders, and Business Programme Managers and Implementation partners to ensure delivery success
- Co-ordinate and manage monthly Steering Committee and other required governance meetings with senior stakeholders
- Ensure our digital channels are fully accessible to customers and team members with disabilities
- Protect and enhance Coles' reputation with customers, stakeholders, regulators and media
- Accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies, procedures and codes, eg Code of Conduct, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes eg Fair trading Laws
**Good things you'll need**:
- 5+ years' experience in delivering large programs of work
- Proven ability to manage complex Program Scheduling, Financial and Resource Management, Change Control, Risk Issues and Assumptions Management, Status Reporting, Documentation and Deliverable Management
- Experience in building, leading and coordinating project teams including software vendors and 3rd party integrators
- Experience in IT strategy development
- Experience managing relationships with senior leaders
- Experience at managing department and project budgets
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thought leadership in Technology strategy / alignment with business strategy
- Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions
- Financial and risk management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
