We are representing a well-established not-for-profit provider in the recruitment of an OSHC Service Coordinator based in Emu Plains. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service, overseeing a team of Assistant Coordinators, Educational Leader, and Educators. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality programs while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community. Key Perks and Finer Details Salary: $45 – $55 per hour Super Split Shift Allowance Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Hours: Split shift | 6:30am–11:00am & 2:00pm–5:30pm Includes 20 out-of-ratio hours (off the floor) Be the Responsible Person on site Support to complete Diploma qualification with paid study leave Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC service Supervise, mentor, and support a team of educators Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and service policies Build and maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders What You’ll Need Experience in OSHC or Early Years Education Leadership or senior educator experience (preferred) Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Excellent communication and organisational skills Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential) Current WWCC, First Aid, Police Check, and Child Protection training Why Join Our Client?
