Your Opportunity: As the School Support Officer (Identified)
* Monitor and mentor students before and after school and during recess times
* Provide supervision of students through morning and afternoon programs in consultation with Heads of Years and classroom teachers
Your Role
Responsibilities include:
* In consultation with the Deputy Principal, participate in programs under the direction of assigned teachers to supervise students
* Participate in regular monitoring of program effectiveness through observation and evaluation
* Refer students to support services staff and other personnel as required
* Maintain quality performance of duties, adhering to methods, guidelines and procedures while seeking improvements
* Undertake bus duty if required
* Participate in professional development sessions relevant to work programs and expectations
* Develop strong relationships with students using exceptional interpersonal skills and communication
