This role ensures that all claims are compliant with Deed guidelines and internal polices, while providing support to, employment consultants throughout the claim's lifecycle. Skills And Experiences Desired Skills and Experience Must have extensive experience with outcome claims processing in Employment Services Strong verbal and written Communication skills Strong administration skills Ability to meet and exceed Outcome-focused KPIs Promotional, marketing and representational and advocacy skills Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Time management and organisational skills Experience in community support, employment services, human resources/recruitment, education and/or social services Experience working with clients with Mutual Obligation Requirements Experience working with Indigenous communities Experience in working with Participants with Mental health and other barriers Experience in working with Participants to address barriers
