About the Role
You will play a key role in sourcing and securing talent across our diverse customer streams – Building & Construction, Civil & Infrastructure, Environmental Services and Engineering & Projects.
Working closely with hiring leaders and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll drive proactive recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
You'll have access to LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise and PageUp; experience with these platforms will be a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.
Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely outcomes.
Craft engaging job ads and support employer branding and early-career initiatives.
Maintain recruitment processes, templates and systems to support best practice.
Assist with reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across the TA function.
What You'll Bring
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
Confidence using recruitment platforms and tools.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to great service.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter to source, manage and engage talent.
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or early-career programs.
