What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Answer everyday banking questions and help manage accounts
- Recommend products that suit individual customer needs
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with plenty of support
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Digital literacy with ability to learn new systems
- Calm, logical approach to problem-solving
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and reliable
- Team player ready to make a difference
- Available to work Fridays
