Procurement Leadership Role
The role of Procurement Manager involves driving strategic procurement outcomes across IT, professional services, corporate functions, and indirect spend. This position is responsible for leading a team of Category Managers to deliver commercial value, support enterprise objectives, and uplift procurement capability and maturity.
* Develop and execute integrated category strategies aligned with business priorities and risk appetite.
* Build a high-performing team culture by mentoring Category Managers to drive negotiation outcomes, supplier performance, and category governance.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for commercial improvement, risk reduction, and innovation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 8 years' experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management.
* 3+ years of leadership experience in high-performing teams.
* Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain.
