o RN/M3 $125,183 - $130,779 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
o RN/M2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
* Temporary role working 38 hours per fortnight over a 5-day roster up to 20 August 2026
Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M3 or RN/M2C, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This position offers the opportunity to practise at an advanced level within palliative care, providing expert clinical nursing care and leadership in an inpatient setting. You will work with a significant degree of autonomy and decision-making, supporting individual patients and contributing to improved outcomes for specific patient groups.
Depending on classification level (RN/M3 or RN/M2C), the role may involve extended practice development, coordination and leadership of projects or programs, and the integration of evidence-based practice into clinical standards. You will accept accountability for your professional practice, delegated care, and the guidance and development of less experienced staff.
This role supports ongoing professional growth through clinical exposure, mentoring and further study, enabling you to strengthen your expertise within the palliative care stream of practice.
