* Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements;
* Deliver exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements
* Experience in customer-facing roles;
* Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
* Confident communication with external and internal stakeholders;
* Ability to work towards performance metrics and achieve sustainable employment outcomes;
* Desire to contribute to a supportive team environment;
* Current driver's licence.
* No prior experience in employment services required.
