What you'll be doing
As a Sales Process Specialist, you will bridge strategy and execution, aligning tools, data, and workflows that empower our sales teams and elevate the customer experience.
- Your Impact – You will design and refine the systems and processes that fuel growth, enabling global sales teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
- You will define and document global sales workflows that support streamlined, customer‐focused operations across business units and regions.
- You will maintain a central process repository, ensuring version control and accessibility across teams and time zones.
- You will lead change management for new or updated processes, developing and conducting training, driving adoption, and ensuring success sticks.
How You Work
- You collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, IT, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned, end‐to‐end sales processes.
- You develop enablement materials step‐by‐step guides, quick‐reference tools, and training modules that translate complexity into clarity.
- You proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, leading initiatives that enhance both customer and user experience.
- You establish process governance frameworks that balance global consistency with local flexibility.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (highly desirable)
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and ERP systems like Epicor, with a proven track record of process and system alignment
- Skilled in process mapping, change management, and sales lifecycle optimisation
- Deep understanding of sales operations, customer enablement, and the intersection of people, process, and technology
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
This role is based in Newcastle, Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
