About The Role
Band 2 - base salary from $67,044 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience
Working as part of our Operations Business Support team, this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced role supporting teams across TasNetworks.
As a Business Assistant, you’ll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly—managing priorities, coordinating tasks and delivering great service every day.
What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teamsManage requests and priorities using JIRA request/task management systemCoordinate meetings, calendars, travel, catering and eventsPrepare documents, presentations and meeting materialsSupport SAP (finance) processes including purchase orders, invoices and expensesAssist with onboarding, site inductions and new starter coordinationMaintain records, intranet content and general office processes
About You
You’re organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment. You enjoy supporting others, can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You’ll Bring
Strong skills across Microsoft Office and Teams Experience in administrative or business support rolesGreat communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlinesA positive, flexible approach and willingness to pitch in where neededSAP/finance experience (desirable)Current driver’s licence
