Role requirements and responsibilities:
* Full time role, Monday – Friday
* Travel Required
* Roving role with variety – cover a variety of site locations from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane
* Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
* Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
* Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
* Liaison with external contractors where required
* Lawn and garden maintenance as required
* Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
