ACRWORLD is proudly partnering with Everoze for the recruitment of 3 critical roles. Everoze is an employee-owned technical and commercial advisory, specialising in renewables, storage, hydrogen and wider energy flexibility. Originally set up in the UK in 2015, they now operate across the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Singapore and Australia.
About the Role
Your work will be mainly technical and commercial consultancy services to onshore wind, hybrid, solar and BESS projects. You will be advising developers, operators, lenders and investors in the Australian market as well as supporting our expansion into other markets in Asia Pacific. Specific activities will include:
Responsibilities
* Lead technical and commercial due diligence for solar, BESS, and onshore wind projects and portfolios
* Assess project risks that could impact financial models (e.g. lower energy yield, project delays, higher CapEx/OpEx) and propose mitigation measures.
* Review key project aspects such as land securement, development approvals, environmental constraints, project design, offtake arrangements, grid connection, contracts, and timelines.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and consolidate technical and commercial inputs into clear, concise client advice.
* Provide construction and operational monitoring services, including Owner’s or Lender’s engineering work.
* Deliver bespoke owner’s engineering services tailored to client needs.
* Offer strategic advice on project development, procurement, and operations.
* Manage multiple projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar degree.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the renewables industry.
* Proven track record in leading due diligence processes and technical reviews for renewable projects.
* Ability to review construction and operation contracts in the renewable energy sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess the financial implications of technical risks.
* Knowledge of Australian market requirements (e.g. grid, land, environmental, permitting, hybridisation).
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication and report writing skills
Desirable:
* Experience with hybrid technologies, hydrogen, or other renewable energy systems.
* Background in owner’s engineering, construction monitoring, or asset management.
* Exposure to international renewable energy markets.
* Additional language skills.
