The Opportunity We\u2019re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to take the lead in shaping and growing our iconic Gippsland Dairy (GD) yoghurt brand.
Specially curated and crafted in a slower and more thoughtful way, Gippsland Dairy is a brand you\u2019ll live and breathe as you partner with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and bring our brand strategy to life.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing, you\u2019ll take full ownership of the brand — shaping its future direction, uncovering new growth opportunities, and executing against all elements of the marketing mix to ensure it stays a favourite amongst both customers and consumers.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, we\u2019re seeking someone with bold ideas, strong commercial acumen, and the energy to challenge convention in order to take this much-loved brand to the next level.
You\u2019ll also lead and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, supporting their development while playing an influential role across the broader marketing team and cross-functional business areas.

Responsibilities Own the Gippsland Dairy brand strategy and growth plan from development to execution, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
Develop and manage the marketing mix to ensure the brand remains a favourite with customers and consumers.
Lead and mentor the Assistant Brand Manager; contribute to the broader marketing team and cross-functional initiatives.
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities and bring bold, commercially-driven ideas to market.
Influence internal partners and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
Qualifications Extensive brand marketing experience within consumer goods, ideally at Senior Brand Manager level.
