Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this pivotal role is responsible for curating seamless reservation experiences for our group, corporate, and event clients. You’ll be the key liaison ensuring accurate rooming lists, flawless coordination, and a bold, signature W‑style service that leaves a lasting impression. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced position perfect for someone who thrives on connection, detail, and delivering next‑level guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing group blocks from initial inquiry through to departure Creating, updating, and maintaining rooming lists and group reservations in the Marriott platforms. Coordinating with Sales, Events, and Operations to ensure group requirements are met.
