You will be collaborating with various teams to contribute to key decisions and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
Your proficiency in Salesforce Administration will be invaluable as you engage with multiple teams and help drive operational effectiveness.
What you'll do
* Oversee the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance user experience.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.
Key Skills
* Expert proficiency in Salesforce Administration and the Salesforce Platform.
* Must be Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Ability to build/modify custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings.
* Demonstrated experience in creating reports and dashboards.
* Strong proficiency in using Data Loader and data‐management abilities.
* Experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors and user management.
* Proficiency in deploying configuration across environments.
* Proven experience in providing technical assistance and end‐user troubleshooting for bugs and enhancements.
* Experience in performing BAU activities and monitoring the Salesforce environment, preferably within large and complex enterprise data structures.
* Experience migrating data to the Salesforce platform.
* Engagement with business areas to understand processes, data and requirements gathering.
* Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast‐paced environment.
* Manage process updates and liaise with the client for improvements, enhancements and alignment to the customer processes for Change Management and Release Management.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders verbally and in writing.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.
* Maintain a focus on continual prioritised improvement in alignment with the client's objectives and business needs.

* Expert ITIL Fundamentals.
* Advanced project management skills.
* Intermediate data analysis capabilities.
* Master problem‐solving techniques.

* Ability to work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
