Disability Support Worker - Caboolture & Northern suburbs

About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Brisbane's Northern suburbs, with shifts available in Caboolture, Lawnton, Brighton, Stafford, and Boondall.
Supporting our clients requires an empathetic approach, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to communicate very clearly. You will be supported by an experienced team leader and have access to additional training to manage the complexities of this role.
How Will I Help?
You will empower clients to achieve their goals and provide support in their homes, in community participation or in day centre environments. This will include individual care needs in areas such as wellbeing, housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, manual handling, administration of medication and daily activities.

What Do I Need?
* Ability to manage 1:1 shifts
* Willingness to work short shifts – ideally multiple shifts in the day
* At least 6 months of local work experience in a similar role in the Disability Sector
* Previous medication administration and manual handling experience is preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Blue Card (WWCC)
* Drivers Licence, a car and willingness to transport clients
