SMAART Recruitment is looking for 3 Customer Service Consultants to work with one of the world's leading luxury car manufacturers in their Australian Head Office based in Mascot.
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their clients when they run into trouble with their vehicle. This is a diverse role that will see you work with tow companies, provide hire cars, give quotes on parts, and offer lead times and updates on repairs.
You will also work with the dealers and garages in keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
Whilst this is a diverse position, you will be well equipped to handle a range of different queries and situations due to their 4-6 week extensive training and onboarding.
**The position**:
- Full-time casual position, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday business hours (No late nights or weekends)
- Hybrid position offering WFH 1 day a week (Post training)
- Full training provided (4-6 weeks)
