We are seeking a proactive and organised School Administration Assistant to support our academic processes across the School.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing excellent service to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative assistance to the School
* Supporting events and processes
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry
* Communicating effectively with students, staff and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Completion of year 12 with relevant work experience; or equivalent relevant experience or combination of relevant experience and education/training
* Proficient in the operation of computers including detailed knowledge of business support software
* Familiarity with University policies and procedures
