Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent and high‐quality service to our customers.
* Support order fulfillment by assembling workshop requirements according to customer specifications.
* Adapt to customer timelines to effectively meet their needs.
* Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries, and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
* Participate in monitoring stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team.
* Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare shipping documents, and verify orders for invoicing.
About You – Skills and Experience
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* At least 6 months of experience within customer service, workshop, or warehouse environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
* Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Good computer skills – knowledge of Outlook, Excel, etc.
* Current driver's licence.
* Experience in manufacturing industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies or a similar background (Desirable).
