RISE Scaffold Management is on the hunt for a motivated and skilled Scaffolder to join our growing team. Based in Ferntree Gully, this role offers more than just a daily grind - it's your ticket to working on some of Australia's most high-profile events, with opportunities for interstate travel and career progression.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding on event and construction sites
* Carrying out daily safety checks and adjusting to ensure compliance
* Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards and working to our SWMS
* Collaborating with site and event teams to ensure smooth installations and hassle-free operations
* Mentoring less experienced crew members and encouraging their development
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed and hours worked
What We're Looking For:
* Valid scaffolding licence (SB, SI, or SA)
* Hands-on experience in scaffolding or similar roles
* Ability to read and interpret scaffold plans/drawings and retain key information
* A reliable, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
* Physically fit and confident working at heights
* A team player with a strong work ethic who takes pride in completing jobs on time and without call-backs
