We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-driven Visitor Experience Retail Sales Assistants to help bring our brand's story to life through immersive experiences, retail excellence, and genuine hospitality.
What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding service across retail sales, ticketing, bar service, and events

Engage visitors with informative and entertaining storytelling about our products and history
*
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue
*
Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets
*
Promote responsible drinking and uphold brand standards at all times
About You:

You hold a current RSA
*
You have 2+ years' experience in retail, tourism, or hospitality
*
You're a confident communicator who loves engaging with people
*
You bring a friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude to work every day
*
You're available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
