This is an hourly contract role remote, with a commitment of ~20 hours per week, part-time, flexible, and asynchronous.Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $95.00/hrLocation: RemoteDuration: 1–2 monthsRole: AI advisory evaluation and training support for AI-driven financial servicesRole ResponsibilitiesEvaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and relevance to client needs.Calibrate investment and retirement planning models for financial soundness and suitability.Simulate, audit, and refine workflows including asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning.Review and improve AI-produced financial reports, recommendations, and strategic documents with a focus on real-world client needs.Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to improve reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven advisory solutions.Ideal QualificationsStrong qualified experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in related advisory roles.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) are a strong advantage.Deep understanding of financial planning principles including retirement, estate, and investment strategies.Excellent client-facing communication skills, with ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary responsibilities.Application ProcessSubmit resume and application form.Complete a short AI interview (15 minutes) discussing advisory experience.Participate in a paid work trial (3 hours) completing domain-specific tasks.This role enables advisors to directly shape the reliability and quality of AI-powered financial services, helping to build tomorrow's trusted advisory solutions.This role enables advisors to directly shape the reliability and quality of AI-powered financial services, helping to build tomorrow's trusted advisory solutions.
