The successful candidate will lead the design process, from concept development through to project delivery. This involves collaborating with clients to capture their vision and requirements, while producing detailed architectural drawings and presentations. The role includes coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success and adherence to local building codes and regulations.**Qualifications**- Strong proficiency in Architectural Design, Space Planning, and Conceptual Development.- Proficient in Archicad- Thorough understanding of local building codes, construction methods, and Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.- Strong communication, client presentation, and problem-solving skills.- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; licensure preferred.- Previous experience in residential projects and familiarity with regional design practices is advantageous.---
