Are you a highly skilled and strategic Content Marketing Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team to lead our content strategy across all channels and inspire our audiences to choose Curtin.

As Curtin's Content Marketing Manager, you will shape how audiences experience and connect with Curtin at every stage of their journey. Leading content strategy across digital, print, campaign and brand channels, you will bring together storytelling, audience insight and strategic marketing to create connected experiences that inspire people to choose Curtin and deepen their engagement over time.

This is an opportunity to lead content marketing for a globally recognised university, creating narratives that move seamlessly across online and offline touchpoints – from first discovery through to enrolment and beyond. You will play a key role in evolving Curtin's content ecosystem, ensuring every interaction feels purposeful, cohesive and audience‐centred.

You will lead a team of content creators, providing strategic direction, coaching and prioritisation to deliver high-quality content across student recruitment, corporate and research initiatives. Drawing on audience insight, brand storytelling and marketing expertise, you will develop content that resonates with prospective students and other key audiences, while partnering closely with the Senior Manager Experience and Design and the wider University Marketing leadership team to align activity with Curtin's strategic objectives.

This continuing contract role offers remuneration of $119,125 – $126,950 + 17% superannuation.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Develop and implement Curtin's Content Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing KPIs and cohesiveness with other strategic marketing and communication programs.
* Deliver high-quality, best‐practice writing, editing and content marketing for the University across a variety of owned and paid media channels, purposes and audiences.
* Lead your team to ensure effective talent management, recruitment, and performance standards are in place and guide your Team Leader to ensure effective workload prioritisation, coaching and career management of all team members.
* Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the university and external agencies to ensure content projects are effectively delivered against approved briefs.

Who we are looking for:

* Completion of relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience working within a marketing‐focused written content creation role (minimum of 5 years' experience is required).
* Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective content marketing strategies for large brands or organisations, across a wide range of channels.
* Highly developed management skillset with the experience and ability to effectively lead a team of professional staff.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation, developing strong relationships and networks.

If you're passionate about storytelling, writing compelling content, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Experience working with external creative or digital agencies is desirable.

Role requirements:

* As this is a continuing contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
* Successful applicants are subject to a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin's satisfaction.
* Contract title, as per the PD, is Content Manager.
