The Opportunity
Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping team, this role is about more than just cleaning rooms – it's about creating a memorable guest experience.
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests, and ensure all spaces meet our high standards. You will take pride in your work and contribute to an environment that enhances every guest's stay.
Key Accountabilities
* Clean and maintain public and employee restrooms and showers, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised, amenities are replenished, and waste is removed
* Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including event spaces, as assigned
* Replace and refresh linens and terry items, adhering to established bed-making and presentation standards
* Operate and manoeuvre housekeeping carts safely across various surfaces
* Ensure guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, fitness centre, pool, and offices are consistently maintained to brand standards
* Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties across guest rooms and hallways
* Replenish guest amenities and supplies in accordance with hotel standards
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
* Stock and organise housekeeping carts with required supplies and materials
* Safely move, lift, and carry items in line with manual handling guidelines (up to 50 pounds independently, and over with assistance)

* Previous experience in a similar role within an international 4- or 5-star hotel (desirable)
