About the Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and diligent full‐time Retirement Village Manager, to manage the day‐to‐day operations of our 98 unit Lawley Park Village in Menora.

The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Retirement Village Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service that encourages the residents of the village to experience optimal independence and quality of life.

As the Retirement Village Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents living in the village; you will need to have a gift for proactively anticipating resident needs, addressing their concerns, and supporting our residents to enjoy an optimum quality of life.

The village community provides Lease for Life accommodation with a range of newly refreshed amenities that support a relaxed and enjoyable retirement living lifestyle.

Responsibilities
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service to village residents, promptly addressing any issues or resident concerns
* Monitoring and coordinating the property maintenance needs and services with key stakeholders
* Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of residents
* Contributing to the financial performance of the village, including budgeting and reporting
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
* Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
What we're looking for:

If you are a customer‐focused professional with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians and you thrive in a busy environment with the ability to manage your workload efficiently, and enjoy building positive relationships, then we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in retirement living, aged care and or property management
* Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional approach
* An understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements consistent with Retirement Villages Act.
* Experience in village budgeting and financial management, including preparation, monitoring and cost control.
* Proven ability to manage day‐to‐day operations of a retirement village.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
