The Role
We seek an experienced Contracts Administrator to support strategic building projects. This is a full-time position where you will report to the Property Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage construction contracts
* Review progress claims and issue payment certificates
* Draft and prepare variations, delay notices, and extensions of time
* Oversee job costing, cost reporting, and procurement processes
* Input and maintain records in software systems
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
* Maintain document control and compliance with safety standards
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, or 10+ years of industry experience
* Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of contracts, laws, and regulations
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
* Certification in Work Health & Safety
* Driver's Licence (with willingness to travel as required)
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
