Are you a highly skilled and reliable plumber with strong experience in strata maintenance and residential service work? Max Group is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our trusted team.
About the Role
You will handle a variety of plumbing maintenance tasks across strata, residential, and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and strong customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend to strata maintenance jobs (leaks, burst pipes, blockages, roof & gutter repairs, hot water systems, Ext.)
* Diagnose and deliver permanent plumbing solutions
* Liaise professionally with strata managers, tenants, and property owners
* Complete job reports and document findings using company systems to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
Fully Licensed Plumber / Journeyman
Minimum 5+ years experience in maintenance plumbing (Strata experience highly preferred)
Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation
Current NSW driver's licence
