About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical business analysis and support services for our corporate applications, specialising in finance systems.
The position involves:
* Finance system administration, audit, review, management reporting, improvement implementation, user setup, report creation (Crystal and XLOne), and system enhancement.
* Liaising with business areas to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented within the corporate finance system.
* Working collaboratively with Chief Financial Office staff on new system configurations, modules, and upgrades.
* Investigating, coordinating, and implementing new and/or improved corporate system functionality across the organisation.
* Managing operational/service-related complaints and issues effectively.
* Providing assistance to finance system users, including training and system documentation.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role.
* Three to five years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on finance systems.
* High-level proficiency in finance software packages and related systems.
* Strong time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
