Product Manager - Fraud & Risk
The Product team operate as a highly collaborative, outcome-driven group focused on delivering refined & scalable products, while maintaining a seamless customer experience. As the Product Manager within our Fraud & Risk team you will sit at the intersection of Product, Data, Operations & Compliance to identify emerging fraud vectors, define risk management strategies & processes, shape the roadmap and prioritisation of initiatives, and lead delivery from ideation through to production.
You will have the chance to shape the future of our fraud detection, risk decisioning, and compliance capabilities, directly protecting our customers and enabling the business to scale with confidence
Responsibilities
Define and own the fraud and risk product roadmap, aligned to company goals and regulatory requirements;
Lead end-to-end delivery of fraud and risk product initiatives, from discovery to production
Analyse fraud patterns, transaction data, and risk signals to inform product decisions, define fraud rules, risk thresholds, and decisioning logic
Partner with various stakeholders to ensure risk controls meet regulatory obligations.
Oversee PRDs, fraud rule configurations, success metrics, rollout plans, and iteration
Work hands-on with engineering and data science to translate risk models and fraud logic into production-ready features and processes
Manage key fraud, risk, and identity tooling across the platform, acting as the primary product point of contact for vendors
Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including roadmap alignment, feature adoption, escalations, performance, and commercial outcomes
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about preventing fraud, building resilient systems and processes.
Hands-on experience building and shipping fraud prevention, risk management, or compliance products.
Familiarity With
Transaction monitoring and fraud detection systems.
KYC/AML processes and identity verification workflows.
Risk scoring, decisioning engines, and rules-based systems.
Strong understanding of fraud and risk operations, including: Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud case management. False positive management, alert tuning, and escalation workflows. Regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS) and reporting obligations .
Strong discovery, prioritisation, and execution skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, while influencing across functions.
