About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administration Officer to join our growing Townsville team, working 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday. The Administration Officer will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the operations of the Purchasing and Finance Team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Enter and update inventory information in inventory management systems
* Collating special customer orders and accounts
* Preparation and compilation of documents for data entry, including undertaking enquiries to obtain further information where required
* Accounts payable data entry into MYOB
* Support the wider team with the day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects as required

* Broad knowledge of administrative and bookkeeping procedures such as accounts payable, record keeping, purchasing and inventory control.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet strict deadlines
* Sound mathematical skills
* Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organisational and time management skills
* Motivation, positive and professional attitude, and ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures
