Salary range: $ 125,693 - $138,510 + superannuation and leave loading
Duration: Ongoing, fulltime
Location: Parramatta or Gosford (2 – 3 day in office presence required)

What you’ll be doing
As Senior Advisor, you’ll play a key role in transforming how property services are delivered and regulated across NSW. You will:
* D rive strategic initiatives to improve consumer protection and industry standards,
* B uild strong relationships with government, industry and community stakeholders,
* D eliver education and uplift initiatives to support regulatory reform,
* L ead research and data-informed projects that tackle key risks and harms in the sector,
* C reate meaningful improvements in licensing, conduct and professional standards,
* P romote transparency, fairness and trust across the sector.

Abou t You
You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery. You have:
* E xcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* P roven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* A passion for regulatory reform, social impact or sector improvement
* E xperience or knowledge in NSW’s property, strata, real estate or consumer protection landscape (highly regarded but not essential)
