Jobs Statewide, a leading Employment Services Provider, is seeking a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Trainer to join our dedicated team, working across our Bankstown and Fairfield sites.
We're looking for a tech-savvy and dynamic individual with a strong background in Training & Career development—someone who thrives on mentoring and developing others.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions to job seekers focusing on job-readiness, digital literacy and interview preparation.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive placement outcomes.
Build and maintain strong networks with local employers.
Mentor and coach participants—especially mature-aged job seekers, long-term unemployed, and CALD participants—providing them with pre-employment and soft skills.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance reporting, and compliance documentation under Workforce Australia guidelines.
