We are looking for a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team on a part time basis
Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, ensure you are available to cover the following schedule
Roster (22.5 hours per week): Monday - Friday: 9.30am – 2pm
Role Overview
This role is perfect for individuals who have the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything they do.
* The ideal candidate will be able to bring their passion for service excellence and work independently while referring customers to other specialist team members to better serve their needs.
* They will also demonstrate an ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Building a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
* Working with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Asking about and responding to customers' transactional needs in the branch, ensuring they leave satisfied
* Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes
* Performing interviews and processing applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products
* Proactively calling customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist
* Adhering to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions
* Engaging with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities
* Loving out for the safety and wellbeing of your team
* Using tools to capture customer feedback, and taking action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement
