About The Role
Working to minimise the harmful effects of substance use on people, you will provide and maintain a high standard of individualised client care through the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Service for patients accessing the service. You will employ an open, flexible, strengths‐based approach, listening to understand rather than label, and collaborate with the AOD team to deliver evidence‐based interventions.
