The Role: Reporting to the Project Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Project Managers and Sales & Estimating teams ensuring all administrative needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, and not limited to: Providing quality professional services to customers and clients, both internal and external Administration of tenders, purchase orders, variations and other project documentation Managing all telephone enquiries relating to projects Administration for all major contract projects, including preparation of client reports Warranty maintenance administration Preparation of project manuals Scheduling, planning and preparing meetings, conference calls, agendas, minutes and distribution Maintaining and updating new project files Provide reception relief when required Provide backup to the estimating and drafting teams as required Ad hoc administration duties as required The Person: You have a ‘can do’ attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Office Administration along with an intermediate level of computer skills i.e. MS Office Suite is essential. Project Admin or Contract Admin experience will be highly regarded.
