**About the Role**
The Customer Business Manager - eCommerce, is responsible for the Kimberly Clark Australia Portfolio on Amazon, Pure-Play eCommerce retailers and the Baby Bunting Business. In this role, you will drive the planning, analysis, influencing, engagement and collaboration across KCA's brands in the eCommerce channel, with a large focus on Amazon, to ensure optimum profitability & budgeted NSV is achieved within specified volume, trade investment and category/brand strategy guidelines.
**Further responsibilities**
- Achieve superior competitive advantage by developing and maintaining strong trading relationships with key customers and all stakeholders
- Development, analysis, implementation and management of the customer and promotion, execution & strategic plans that best achieve volume and NSV budgets
- Utilization of account replenishing contacts, to assist the Demand Planning team, in developing accurate sales forecasts
- Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer & shopper requirements, including EDLP, Exclusive Pack offers and Value-added initiatives that drive long term strategic alignment with Amazon
- Lead the National Category and Customer Plans (JBP) through customer and stakeholder collaboration
- Detailed analysis and recommendations, in collaboration with the Digital & eCommerce Marketing team, on the core drivers and action plans to address any challenges
- Contribute to the review and negotiation of Amazon Trading Terms by providing thorough analysis of Trade Investment, Profitability, Return on Investment, Sales Performance, Supply Chain & Receivables.
- Making clear recommendations and developing implementation plans to effect change and drive long term sustainability
- Managing one of our sales graduates as their first role in the organization
**Requirements**:
- Previous FMCG and/or eCommerce experience desired but not essential
- Ability to coach and develop new team members
- Strong sales and influencing skills
- Sound product knowledge - KCA and competitor
- Strong financial management skills
- Budgeting and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of the Grocery channels
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of KCA policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of category management principles
- Understanding of, and competence with, computer software such as Outlook, Microsoft suite of products, as well as systems such as Aztec, Promax and SAP
