We are currently seeking up to three skilled operators for the upcoming hay and straw season within a 300 km radius of Bordertown, South Australia. This role involves operating Case IH Magnum tractors, Krone and Massey Ferguson large square balers, and JCB telehandlers. The season runs from October to March, with hay baling until Christmas and straw through to March. Prior experience with large square balers or a solid background in farming and heavy machinery is ideal. On-the-job training will be provided for the right people. Key responsibilities: • Mowing, raking, baling, and stacking hay and straw • Maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery • Working efficiently and safely within a team Requirements: • Proven experience operating farm machinery (experience with the listed equipment is ideal) • Strong mechanical knowledge • Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle • Good English communication skills • Farming background highly regarded • Must have farming related references What's On Offer: • Accommodation and meals provided when working away from the base • Competitive pay rates • Immediate start available • Supportive, experienced team environment Apply now!
