Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Director and engage with existing clients, responding to new business inquiries
* Collaborate with our administrative support team to provide exceptional service to clients
* Drive revenue growth through in-depth analysis of products contributing to revenues for each client
* Work collaboratively with management, product owners, and colleagues locally and globally to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
Requirements:
* Experience in Institutional / Financial Institutions banking, either in Coverage or Product, at Associate Director level
* Strong knowledge of banking products and ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar products
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
